Bees and Botanicals pride ourselves on quality products. All our products comply with current legislation and have full safety assessments from a registered chemist. Due to the handmade and natural process used in their creation; size, shape, texture, colour, and general appearance may vary from batch to batch. Every bar of soap, lip balm, and candle is individual. Our honey is a natural product and is not pasteurised therefore each batch will differ and granulation is likely at some point (warming the honey by placing it in a bain-marie of warm water will return it to its previous state)

Payment

All payments must be made in full before orders can be dispatched. Payments are taken using either Paypal or a valid credit or debit card.

Disclaimer

All of our ingredients and allergens are listed in accordance with current EU regulations. Some people may have allergic reactions to different food substances and/or ingredients within bath and body products, though usually mild, they are not always predictable. People can have allergic reactions to anything from pollen to essential oils, botanical ingredients, or natural kinds of butter. Therefore we highly recommend that you do a small skin patch test for 24 hours before using any of our products for the first time. If redness or irritation develops, please discontinue use.

Our products have been tested thoroughly and they are all Certified and Safety Assessed by Cosmetic Chemists and Toxicologists in accordance with the EU Regulations. Bees and Botanicals will not be held responsible for an allergic reaction that may be caused by listed ingredients within its range.
