Returns

We love our products and we hope you do too. We check, inspect, and hand pack all items ourselves before shipping to make sure they’re perfect. If for any reason you are unhappy then please let us know by emailing us at contact@beesnbotanicals.co.uk and we will be very happy to assist you.

Bees and Botanicals return policy is governed by the Consumer Contracts Regulations that came into force on 13 June 2014: This states that customers have 14 days after the day on which the goods come into the physical possession of the consumer or the person that he/she asks you to deliver the goods to, to cancel their order.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages (if applicable)

We use Royal Mail to deliver our packages. Please allow 14 days from the date of shipping confirmation for your parcel to arrive. If you believe your parcel has been lost please contact us by email.

When placing an order with us, it is your responsibility to provide your correct name, address, and postcode. We will not be held responsible for nondelivery if inaccurate information is given.

If your product is damaged when you receive it, please email us at contact@beesnbotanicals.co.uk and write "Product Received Damaged" in the subject line. Please send a photo of the damaged product and a brief note describing your concern. After we have a chance to review your email we will drop you a line and let you know how to proceed: we may ask you to return the product to us (at your expense) or we may agree to ship you a replacement product, or we may deny your request. Requests for returns or replacements must be made within 30 days of purchase. 

Refunds (If applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 days.

Late or missing refunds (If applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@beesnbotanicals.co.uk

Sale items (If applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (If applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@beesnbotanicals.co.uk and send your item to; Bees and Botanicals Wingrove, School Road, Lover Salisbury SP5 2PW

Shipping Returns (If applicable)

To return your product, you should mail your product to; Bees and Botanicals Wingrove, School Road, Lover Salisbury SP5 2PW

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, we will reimburse you with the original cost of shipping but not the return shipping cost.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £25 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
